I've been honored to meet with clients from all corners - those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, (hearing) voices, trauma symptoms, chemical health conditions, homelessness, and the brave ones who simply want to feel better about themselves and change the world for the better. So if you are a person experiencing homelessness or chemical health concerns, if you are an an immigrant who feels lonely and isolated and lost, or if you are simply a human being trying to make sense of yourself and what is happening in the world and your place in it, please reach out to me. I am especially passionate about immigration/acculturation mental health and men's mental health. Being a male immigrant myself, I find fulfillment in being with fellow men and immigrants through their journey. You'll find in me an active and empathic listener, a kind and non-judgmental spirit, and a gentle teacher. I'll be here - waiting with compassion, humility, and hopefully, a little bit of humor. I believe therapy encompasses the whole gamut of emotions, so I am ready to cry with you, be excited with you, and also laugh with you, as well.
