Providing a non-judgmental and supportive environment allows clients to reach their full potential and overcome challenges. I understand that every person has their own unique perspective on life. I am sensitive to these experiences, cultures, and values, and believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I strive to work with you to find happiness, cope with stress, and understand yourself and your world. I (she/her/hers) am a Licensed Psychological Associate who is committed to helping adolescents and adults to navigate life stress and achieve their goals. My specialties include depression and anxiety, trauma, interpersonal issues, and substance use. I attended University of Houston - Clear Lake where I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. During my practicum at the UHCL clinic, I worked with community clients dealing with a broad range of issues like anxiety, depression, and anger management. In my internship at UT Health, I worked with clients experiencing issues related to substances like cocaine and alcohol.
