I build a space where you are safe to laugh, cry, grow, and heal! I believe that building a trusting and safe relationship with you is an essential part of the therapy process. I use an attachment lens and various modalities like somatic experiencing, DBT, EMDR and parts work to help adults or couples with issues of trauma, anxiety, or relationship conflicts.
