I specialize in sex addiction, spousal betrayal trauma, sexual issues, couples and family therapy, all forms of trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Often these issues are connected to a sense of emotional safety, as well as past or current traumas. This is challenging to navigate without help. I have 15+ years of experience in therapy and therapeutic education. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a technique that reduces or eliminates past trauma. This helps clients eliminate old triggers, allowing them to process, heal, and develop new patterns much more easily than talk therapy alone. When you struggle it is an incredibly difficult place to be. It makes so much sense to feel pain, or to be overwhelmed—you’ve been traveling a rough road.
