I am a masters level social worker and pre-licensed therapist. I enjoy working with clients looking to identify positive ways forward in a natural outdoor setting. Clients I match well with are often interested in easing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, identifying patterns and solutions related to substance use disorder, or are developing strategies for managing ADD/ADHD. With training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I work with clients to better understand past events and present values. We will develop the mindfulness skills and psychological flexibility needed to overcome challenging patterns and situations.
