I want to help you increase your awareness around your triggers, identify patterns in your relationships, and help you communicate these in ways that help you connect more with yourself and others. I offer couples, relational, and individual therapy for people ages 18+. I am an attuned, systemic, collaborative, and strengths-based therapist. I have received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman methods, Adlerian theory, and the AIR Network model, and also integrate psychodynamic methods, attachment theory, and psychoeducation into therapy.
