Most people want to live peaceful and productive lives, but sometimes worry, sadness, frustration, and relationship difficulties get in the way. If you struggle with feeling down, or feeling anxious, or are having trouble in your relationships with loved ones or friends or coworkers, I may be able to help you find new ways to cope, and to break through the obstacles standing in your way. I try to help people become more aware of the unconscious and automatic patterns in thinking and acting that lead to feelings of depression, anxiety and frustration. That awareness can then help us find ways to reduce distress, and free up that energy to pursue what is important to us.
