This high-pressure environment didn’t stop when you reached adulthood. You have worked hard to obtain the career, licenses, and status that you want; but it can feel empty at times. There is a race against the social clock that feels like it can’t be won, constant comparisons through social media, and anxiety to maintain the mask of happiness hiding burnout in your personal and professional life. In my practice, I prioritize the support of millennial aged BIPOC-LGBT+, creatives and high performing persons as they learn how to create a space that provides them with an opportunity to become the person they want to be by doing less stressing, worrying & comparing. Meridian Wellness Platform is a holistic based practice that focuses on facilitating the wellness and liberation of BIPOC clients by holding space and encouraging stillness.
