Hello! I currently have availability to see adults, adolescents, and couples! After working at all levels of care within the mental health system, it is a joy and privilege to witness the journey of self actualization with my clients. My goal is to support and help you move through symptoms of trauma towards emotional healing. I am also trained in grief and loss whether through death, health disparity, or transitions of life. With a compassionate approach and reflective listening, my goal is to help you feel safe and secure in session in order to meet your goals. I am currently trained in EMDR which is a brain based approach to healing trauma within the body. In addition to these services, I am able to assist in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts and negative self talk. I am able to help identify and rectify the negative view of self with a more compassionate and adaptable one. If you are desiring support or validation to work through past trauma, guidance in identifying adequate coping skills to manage emotional regulation, confrontation, or to be more assertive, it is my privilege to support you on your journey.
