I work with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide range of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, grief and loss, oppositional-defiant youth and parenting. My approach is eclectic and I utilize a number of methods to help an individual achieve their counseling goals. I have a deep respect for all my clients and the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy. I have close to fifteen years of experience working as a professional therapist.
