I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My areas of expertise include relationship issues, behavioral concerns, autism, parent guidance/parenting skills, oppositional defiance, boundary setting, anxiety, self-esteem, social difficulties, and life transitions such as separation and divorce. I work best with clients who are ready and motivated to make changes in their lives in order to reach their highest potential. I work collaboratively with clients and use solution-focused interventions to help individuals and families meet their goals. I completed a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling as well as a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am also a DCF-Approved provider for the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course, the parenting course required by the Florida Family Court for divorcing/separating couples.
