Sean Blackburn is a licensed independent social worker with over 20 years of experience. He received his master's and bachelor's degrees from University of Kentucky. He has experience working in outpatient, inpatient and long-term care settings. He also has experience providing counseling services to young adults and older adults. He specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar illness, substance use disorders and personality disorders.
