My intention is for our time together to have value to you and for you to notice a difference in yourself not only over time, but immediately as well. I use a mind and body-integrated approach to healing, such as increasing awareness of the Gut-Brain connection and incorporating Mindfulness practices along with traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you improve your mental wellness using all the ways your body naturally heals itself. Therapy with me will focus on helping you identify and shift patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior that have kept you stuck. Many of our responses occur automatically without our conscious awareness. This includes behaviors, emotions, and thoughts. I believe in not only helping you with tools to cope, but also working with you to relieve the root causes of issues where they might be stored at that deeper level of your mind so the change and healing you're seeking is lasting.
