Dr. Kathy L. Miller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky who has been practicing since 1993. She has a B.A. in Counseling and Rehabilitation, a Master's in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Counseling Education. Life can be both joyful, and difficult. Both things can be true.
