I am most passionate about empowering others to discover their inner power through healing. My approach is person-centered and affirming; where all parts of you are welcomed and appreciated. My hope for you is to learn your true value, build upon your current skills, and gain a greater understanding of the life you deserve. I have served children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds. My clinical focus supports those oppressed and vulnerable populations including women, Indigenous + people of color, and LGBTQI+. What my clients all have in common is the desire to feel heard, to belong, and find peace within themselves. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from UND. I have received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and other evidence-based group therapy models. I use a holistic and goal-oriented approach, incorporating mindfulness training techniques as needed. I have ten years of clinical experience in various non-profits. In these settings I primarily served youth, families, and survivors of trauma experiencing, anxiety, depression, and acute and complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
