I specialize in anxiety, and depressive disorders as well as trauma. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Texas and Oklahoma, holding a Bachelor of Science from University of Houston, Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I use modalities such as CBT, DBT, Gottman, and psychodynamic theories to guide my services. I offer therapy through telehealth. I feel like you should have someone on your side and that there is hope for whatever situation you might be coping with at the moment.
