Hi welcome! My name is Angelica (like from the Rugrats if you are part of that era). As a therapist i encourage my clients to understand “Change is part of the process”. Which is the foundation of therapy... My goal as a clinician is to always provide a safe place full of laughter, insight, and most of all healing and understanding. "If you do the work, then therapy will work" is the mantra I tell the individuals I work with. I like to encourage the individuals I work with, is to recognize the fact that they have made a conscious decision to allow themselves to grow and heal. My experience has been working with individuals who deal with anxiety, depression, and adjusting to life transitions. My intention is to meet individuals exactly where they are at in life.
